Those are the only two languages I know. Today begins the first recovery week and I don’t think it is as nice as it sounds. It begins with Yoga a major workout, then Kenpo a cardio extreme if you do it right, and the new one Core Synergenistics then repeat finishing with a rest day. I have a good feeling the last and latest one is going to be rough. I now Core is your mid section, so far I have done the 15 min Ab Ripper X and that one is a killer alone. This one states an hour and I have no idea what Synergenistics means but I will let you know on Thursday.
